By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Wellaray Coffee is a food supplement intended for use by adults as part of a balanced diet and active lifestyle. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. The content of this Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have any health concerns.
Food supplement claims on this Site relate to the nutritional functions of specific ingredients (EFSA-aligned per-nutrient claims) and do not represent promises of individual results. Individual experience varies.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through this Site. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over. Our products are sold to consumers in the United Kingdom only, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Submitting the order form constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order by telephone or email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (for example, if a product is out of stock or if we cannot verify your contact details). In such cases, any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Order details (name, phone number, product SKU, price) are submitted via the on-page form and processed by our team. We do not store payment card data.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of display but may change. The price applicable to your order is confirmed at the time of order confirmation. Free UK delivery applies on orders over £50 (otherwise standard delivery charges apply, communicated at time of confirmation).
We aim to dispatch confirmed orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery timescales are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (force majeure).
As a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of the day after you receive the goods (cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013).

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
